1.Sir why accusing false statement if there was such issue you can tell at time of check in not at time of check out just for some complementary free tea. 2. Sir you are saying for unsppportive staff . At full night you have call our staff for service mid night 3 am I think sir at 3 am giving you service is quite impossible. 4. Sir for location it,s already mentioned
