coupleThe property was located a little off the road. The route was steep and stony. A bit misleading. The location on google map is not correct. There was foul smell in the room. Sheets were not cleaned. The washroom was smelly. The flush button of the commode was broken. However, the landlady and caretaker was welcoming. She guided us to the property over phone and allowed us early checkin. She was generous enough to allow us to keep our bags after the check out for the day. If you are a couple or going with your family, the experience might be a little disappointing. In case you go for booking, you can ask the caretaker to prepare and clean the room before your checkin. That might help. Thank you.

familyHard to reach due to its location and approach road, bathroom is very tiny with no place to keep anything even basic toiletries, it’s a home stay but food is delivered by a basic tea shop, tea came in polythene packet, tv didn’t work in both rooms, care taker was nice and rooms are spacious and property is new and clean though, good for backpackers.

Just a suggestion so that you can do better, the room was good and spacious but they did not have any slippers, bathroom basic amenities, towl was not in the good condition at all, bed sheets and blanket cover was up to the mark but yes, they were washed so it's manageable, no lift up to 4th floor, but the manger who take cares of the jiva homes, she is so nice.
