People there were fine, they were soft-spoken but there was no room service. My booking was included breakfast however we were never offered the same. No one came to clean the room.

familywe went during new year's. The rooms were not as tidy as shown in the pictures. We booked two king deluxe rooms which are supposed to be the best rooms but the sheets were dirty, bathroom was broken and wet all the time. The room was spacious but not tidy. There were no toiletries and the balcony window was also broken.
