People there were fine, they were soft-spoken but there was no room service. My booking was included breakfast however we were never offered the same. No one came to clean the room.

we went during new year's. The rooms were not as tidy as shown in the pictures. We booked two king deluxe rooms which are supposed to be the best rooms but the sheets were dirty, bathroom was broken and wet all the time. The room was spacious but not tidy. There were no toiletries and the balcony window was also broken.

Unhygienic room smell was so bad and also bed were so bad. Although staff was cooperative. But the hotel hygiene was really bad.

It was good isolated space no disturbance whatsoever, don't find a good place to live as a couple easily worth a visit again
