the rooms were so mid, no view from the balcony even though paid extra just for balcony, the hotel was not easily locatable, and such a bad environment around, no water service was there, had to go to front desk and get bottles even late at night, do not avail scooty service via the hotel, very patethic and charged enormous amount for just extra 2 hours, you can get way too good hotels at the same price around and with much better view!

Terrible Experience. Was denied Check in, Manager said beds given to other customer even though I had paid full amount and informed about my arrival beforehand. worst experience.

Stay was comfortable with plenty of parking. Hotel interior is quite new with minimum view of mountain.

Shouldn't have taken booking when there were no rooms available. Person at the reception, had no realization of the inconvenience it was costing me. He degraded me initially to dormitory by saying that he is an owner of this hotel and is allowing me to stay in dormitory. As if it's an obligation. Had to call mm t and later that so called owner provided a room in an alternative hotel, which was not like what i book. But it was 2 am and i was tired. Had no option to but to sleep there, worst hospitality.

This stay property is not responding. Over fone provided no switch off. I am searching property mid night 3 hrs. Shared location false property.

Room is small but good overall room theme is good and deluxe room is great also there is a common hall where you will chill with your friends

No food services. No oven available. Food is served in paper bags, no disposable utensils provided.

There is no arrangement for kitchen services. We’ve to order food from outside. While ordering food from inside the hotel we’ve to wait for hours & still the food was tasteless. My experience is very bad.

Hotel and hotel staff is well and good, hospitality was awsome! but it's very much difficult to find this hotel, even g map also unable to detect any hotel of this name! local also saying don't know!
