    “Negligent Maintenance & Poor Hygiene

    Extremely disappointed with my stay. The first apartment had dirty bedsheets, spider webs (even near the bed), and water leakage problem from ac and bathroom. I was shifted to another unit but it was no better—the AC leaked directly onto the bed, making it impossible to rest, and later the sink started leaking heavily onto the floor. I had informed the property in advance to ensure cleanliness, yet nothing was taken seriously. Even after sharing photos and videos as proof, there was no meaningful response. This clearly shows ongoing negligence not just a one-time mistake. Would not recommend.
