Review Of Aloha Rishikesh |Apartment Units

The toilet was not clean, and the pot was quite unhygienic. The toilet jet was not functioning, and despite multiple follow-up calls, it was never repaired during our stay. The AC remote did not have batteries, which was an inconvenience. The doors were quite noisy and disturbed the comfort level of the room. And have called to Anil Ji multiple times but nothing was taken into consideration

Room No B1 223 was in average condition in terms of cleaning and maintenance poor response from care taker. i will not recommend to stay in Aloha apartment unit. toilet WC was not functioning sofa cum bed was dirty. bed seat was having oil mark. soap quality was very poor. dirty toilet panty condition was not good. electrical switches in open condition. Main door lock replace with normal latch and having multiple holes. balcony door having conflict with floor. balcony was in dirty condition. after long struggle WiFi was able to connect even with poor speed. mobile connectivity was very poor. cheap menu card was provided. Unit also being used for storage for all inventories. toilet need to flush with help of bucket since syphon is not working at all.

This was my fourth time at aloha apartments. This room was average, don’t expect any luxury. Kitchen has limited utensils and not enough to cook. Bed sheets have stains and hairs on them. Though caretakers were very sweet and changed them on request. The property is worth staying

over all average experience at this property. Location is best. pool is great. but old property.

Very pathetic room service, anil the caretaker not responding, i will not recommend this property to anyone.

Aloha resort property is good but it's not clear that it's a private apartment the room service was not good, even though i had requested a concerned person but house keeping staff not available. The wash room was not properly clean.

The room were in terrible condition even the bed sheets were dirty and the pots were very dirty and there were oil marks on the floor and didn't even stayed in that property

Horrible stay. No maintenance. Wifi network is not working. Fake people who are care takers even don't have their own parking space. Paid parking. Lift not gud. Hygiene is not gud. Very dirty bedding. No cleanliness. Had a very bed experience in my life. Never suggest anyone to stay at there aloha appartments.

My stay at aloha was really comfortable and good. The location of property is very good. You can have a view of holy river ganga from there. The porperty has all the ameneties from basic to luxurious. You can enjoy the spa and pool at the property. For kids, there is a club room also. If you book an apartment, you can cook your meals as well. Overall a great experience.

Wifi was not working , electricity problem , room condition is very bad and I complained for these things many times but nobody takes any action without wifi without electricity my experience was very terrible i am so disappointed ☹️

Property location is good, u got 2 rooms with 4 double bed, aloha property ambience is very nice, room service is not available in this apartment but u can order food through zomato and also caretaker will provide you canteen phone number from where you can order chinese, indian dishes at normal rate

The property is well known nearby rishikesh.Almost all places are nearby.The amenities are also top-notch.Only issue is that they have several rules for their restaurant.If you select apartment suites,you'll have to dine in buffet which costs 1800 per person and you can't get service in the room.The pool and patio is 😍😍

Recently visited this property. I was denied access to the restaurant. I booked this horrible apartment for 6k and the value of this apartment wasn't even 1k. It was like a dharamshala, no room service. The bathroom was smelly and stinky. The rooms were unclean and unorganised. It was horrible. They are looting people by taking up aloha on the gang-es name.

Room was average without view and services poor. Ac was unservicible of one room, bathroom toiletries were not placed. No proper ventilation.

Great stay

Stayed at aloha on ganges service apt. This hotel has best view of ganges n mountains in rishikesh, although not from this room being a service apt tjere is no personal service per se but since you can access all common facilities for practically half cost, this apt is worthy of price. Swimming pool view is out of world and to die for, i would recommend to book only for this view, cons-no personal service, owner was little laid back on service, but honestly u shld not expect any service from service apt

We stayed in one of the private apartments. It was a pleasant stay. The best part is access to the resort resources. The view from the resort is beautiful.
