The location is good, accessible by local rickshaw easily. The food of the hotel is really good and budget friendly. The room was clean and the room service was good.

I recently stayed here and had a truly fantastic experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always eager to assist with any request. The room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect.

The stay at the hotel was just awesome. The rooms were clean and well hygined. Garwal thaali was worth eating. Best part was the view from the room no 301. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional stuffs and no space for parking and even difficult to stay for single minute to get out from the car. Lots of bugs and not well maintained. No lifts for elderly person who are planning for chardham.

Hotel is located at nice place. Staffs are very nice and friendly. It has nice cafe to have dine in.

We went for a family trip and stayed for one night. Very cosy and comfortable room on 1st floor. The room was having a river facing balcony which an added attraction. The restaurant is very good and the staffs are very helpfull. Very prompt service. The only sore point in our stay was that in spite of the hotel being empty they have not allowed us two hours late check out and in the process lost the opportunity of serving us lunch which we have done outside.

Pros- clean rooms, nice view of ganga river, decent food cons - room price is too high for this quality, no elevator, no action on one or two requests. From reception desk, request denied for 1 hour late check out, no proper parking for vehicles

Location is okay, property is small, 2 rooms at one floor, total 4 floors so 8 rooms overall. No lift and no parking. Cleanliness is good, however little flies and small cockroach was observed at the first day, staff performed efforts to make it better. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms need maintenance esp. Refill of body wash was not entertained. Flow of hot water is very slow and discontinue in between. About food, average, didn't entertain the request of no spicy at all, instead was given again the same dish even after the request of replacing it. So couldn't eat well. There is limit of tea refills also of water refill. Small bottle of water is provided to drink and to make tea. One sachet of tea per day. It is a low budget hotel that is priced high and provide less facilities.

Nicely maintained small hotel, homely, room is clean and provided with individual balcony with river & city view. Closed to lakhman jhula. Staff are good. Food quality also good. But, no lift, so elderly person may find a little bit difficult.

I stayed with my parents in room 101 for two nights (executive club room w/ balcony) and paid around 13k. Sadly, the stay was not worth it at all. The bathroom was unclean and there was a very very bad smell throughout. The geyser was not working. The tv was not working. The lock on the bathroom door was very hard and the room size itself was not enough to accommodate 3 people comfortably. I honestly would not recommend it. The staff was nice though. They tried to help as much as possible but damn the hotel I don't know how it's rated so high.

Property is very near to the upcoming new laxman jhula and mostly all important locations except triveni ghat is within 2 km radius.

I booked premium rooms with Ganga view and wasn't disappointed. the rooms were clean. room service was quick. also the hotel restaurant food was delicious.

The hotel is newly constructed, quite clean and hygienic. The staff is very warm and helpful. Food is tasty and does not include non-veg excepting eggs. The Ganga facing rooms have good spacious balcony. Washroom is clean with geysers and other necessary fittings. We had a late check-in around mid night .. I had informed them in advance, so they were available for the check-in formalities. It was hassle-free. overall the stay was pleasant.

Rude behaviour and no cooperation with clients.

It was booked for my parents. And it really was one of their best stays. Travel-ling alone for this time, he did not face any difficulties. Staffs were very very courteous. I miss the name he said at reception, was very nice lady She was very helpful also. Location, clenaliness, hygiene all was well taken care of.
