Only good common area ambience in the name of Luxury. They should know that luxury doesn’t define just by that. The rooms were very dirty, beds were not clean and had various stains on the bedsheets. They did clean the beds when we asked them to. But it was expected that if I am paying for a bed in a dorm when in Rishikesh basic dorms starts from then ofcourse the least I am expecting is a clean bed. Now, the moment I entered the washroom for the first time, it was smelling like shit, hair everywhere, dirty sink and pot. Again, I had to ask them to clean the washroom so basically I waited for an hour standing outside my dorm after a long night of travelling only because nothing was cleaned prior to the guests arrival. Only good thing was the pool, the food and the behaviour of reception employees. Pool was decent and can give you a little luxury feel. I had basic dal, rice and aloo gobhi for lunch which was yum not gonna lie. A little expensive because ofcourse it came with the name Luxuria but I was fine since it was good. The overall vibe was completely off, 50-55years old uncles were assigned to a dorm with 20-25years old girls which wasn’t really a comfortable placement neither for us nor for him. Expected good crowd since it was a weekend, got none and now I know the reason. It was my first time staying with them and 1000% the last time. Never choosing them again and you all whosoever read my review, go somewhere else but DO NOT choose them, a complete waste of money in the name of Luxury.
