Review Of Hotel White Rose

Though i had booked two twin double room, when i reached at 10 pm yesterday they provided only one twin double room and other single room, telling these are the only rooms left with them. Though i had prepaid the complete bill in advance. Other than this, service was below expected like no soaps/towels in bathroom, no bed sheet/blanket, ac remote not working properly, not sufficient pillow even for adult members. Bedroom of single room. Bathroom of single room. Please note difference in size of beds/bathroom of both. When we had paid for bigger twin double bed room then why been provided with smaller room ?

We stayed for 2days. Location is good walking distance from kochi beach. Staffs were helpful. Only issue was worn out towels and pillows. Which should be immediately changed with new ones. Fridge was in working condition. Overall ok stay.

Clean quiet room with clean bathroom very near to the Beach. The room was good for the price. The staff was also cooperative and nice.

All the hotel staff were kind and very helpful. My single night stay developed into three nights. Good value and a very pleasant stay. Will recommend to others.

The hotel charges bit on the upper side considering to some hotels near the MG beach and park. Breakfast was very good and the staffs were helpful.

Excellent stay, Location is very Great thing .. One problem is parking facility .. We need to park by roadside but that is understandable considering the quite environment our vehicle ll be safe ..

I along with my family stayed at the hotel for 4 days/3 nights. The overall stay was very good. The rooms were clean. The location of the hotel was excellent, was near to the Fort Kochi Bus Stand and the Ferry Ghat(Ernakulam and Vypin ferryghat). The breakfast provided as part of the package was nice one. The caretaker Mr. Subash was extremely nice, helpful and caring. He was always there for any assistance that was needed. Over all had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel for others.

White Rose is perfectly located in Fort Kochi. The staff are really helpful with suggestions and often go out of their way to help.
