Review Of Hotel Waterfall

During my stay, I was really impressed with the overall experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The food served was delicious, freshly prepared, and offered a variety that suited different tastes. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The hygiene standards were up to the mark, and everything was organized perfectly. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in both hospitality and cleanliness. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I stayed in Room No 304. Around 6 am, I was shocked to find another person sleeping in my room, in sofa snoring. I called the reception, nobody picked up my call. I called Room service. One person came and took that person out, later I came to know that he stayed in room no. 306 The total experience was horrible. I want to share the photos, but no option here

No charging socket and food items were really costly. I paid 2200 just for the room which was really high and then no breakfast included + electricity disappeared many times

They have nice staff and Good food in house. And room is clean and have fridge to make your stuff Cool..

The hotel has several issues with respect to seepage in walls AC was not working Maintenance is poor Common floor area is not clean Reception will look like crap

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations. The service was also top-notch—staff members were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. However, there was a small issue during check-in. I had booked a premium room, but they initially tried to give me a luxury room instead. Fortunately, upon my request, they quickly resolved the matter and provided the correct room. While this was a minor inconvenience, I appreciate their willingness to make things right. Overall, I had a great experience and would love to visit again!

Bed n bedsheet are old n not good in condition.. room is shabby n has broken power switches. TV does not work.

I wasn't sure about this hotel and it was a lst minute booking. Even as we were approaching the hotel, area surrounding the hotel wasn't great. But as soon as we entered the hotel, we were in a different world. Truly world class hotel close enough to attractions and far enough from the crowded streets. Room is good size, beds/mattress confortable and choice of pillows. Bathroom is fab and best power shower i have used in india. Breakfast on fourth floor is great with enough choices and changes daily. Overall a very good experience, staff was polite and very responsive. On the last day, boilder developed a glitch and we didn't get hot water. We had to leave without h having a shower. Hope that got resolved quickly. Overall a fantastic world class hotel with very reasonablre price.
