It was great but room has some stinky smell of fungus , staff is very cooperative and servicea are also very great

Rooms are neat and clean, close and easy access to temple, beach and shoppings. Breakfast and food is amazing. Friendly and cool staff. Value for money .Bus and auto are available just beside the hotel , they will charge rs 10 to reach temple. This hotel is above the vishal mega mart, we can park in cellar but only space avialable for 4 cars. Due to long weekend I booked it for 4 k , u can try at 3 k during normal days

The room was neat and hygenic, room service was good, walkable distance to temple and could also book a cab to airport ...thats a gr8 plus point. Food can be rated good but not excellent

Horrible , earlier this hotel was nice, now day by day it is detoriating . No food quality, insufficient complementary breakfast. Reception person is non coporative. Overall it is a worse staying. Hotel rooms were stinging. AC is not working of room no 302 , after complaining they shift us to another room. Staff’s were good but not energitic / un motivated. We never prefer to stay in this hotel any more. Except location is good.

Geyser was not working properly..the staff was terrible.. first they informed in the afternoon that driver can stay in the hall ... then they suddenly denied it... the kettle was not clean asked to change it twice but still the same...

It was a good stay. Location is very near to Jagannath Temple. I actually had a temple view from my window. Safe basement parking. Only thing i missed in my deluxe room was a refrigerator.

clean room good supportive behaviour of staff and reception . food quality I'd very good. location is perfect on heart of chaka. easy communication for both temple and beach.

Room quality was good, however be careful while booking with younger kids. I booked room with my 16 yr old kid as per all details required by the system while booking. When i asked about extra mattress, they denied telling me that there will be extra charges. Telling me that you should have booked for 3 adults. How can i give wrong information! This is first time faced this kind of problem. So be careful with this kind of glitch by hotels to take extra money from you. If its small kid it is understood, but for 16yr old kid they expect to use one king size bad to accommodate all three.!?
