Smell like l, water logging is worst, bed spring are

Room space is sufficient but bathroom is not clean. Room services are prompt and dinner is good and sufficient quantity. Breakfast was average with limited item. Should priced juice & fruits

The hotel did not allow check in though i have confirmed booking and paid in full. Apparently they cancel-led booking and informed makemytrip. Com. However, i was not told by you. Went through unnecessary tention is getting this resolved

Booked deluxe room but we have been given a standard room where no fridge was there shower not working. Very disappointed

The condition of room allotted by hotel management was poor quality according to the price. They make a double bed by joining two single beds. Don't know why they do with us may be reason behind booking. As booking give discount so they provide us poor quality room

Rooms are hygienic and service is good so far. Food is also good

From check-in to everything including asking for breakfast, all i heard is that mm t gives less commission to this hotel so hotel will give less service including charging for breakfast even after booking a breakfast deal, to make up for their loss. Incomprehensible why mm t would make guests go through such a harrowing time by striking loss-making deals with terrible hotels. Disgusted !

The receptionists at the hotel were not very hospitable. In spite of paying for the breakfast inclusive room, we were asked to pay for breakfast. Last but not the least, the bathroom was not so clean. Had a bad experience, not going there again.

1. The receptionist were badly dress, un iron clothes, very shabby looking, not at all groom, the toilet doesn't have shampoo or handwash, only one small soap was given. The room was okay. The breakfast included was a punishment, limited option given, if we have bread and ****er we can't take anything else

Rooms are not cleaned, service staffs doesn't understand basic instructions. Basic amenities not working, if you ask they can't supply

Disappointed with the room washroom not worth even 1000 but we paid 5000, very bad room bedsheets also found bedbugs. The hotel is for cheaper customers with unhygienic facilities.

Very unprofessional staff… asked them for three bottles of water by calling five times.. never delivered.. we were thirsty till morning. Never go to this hotel.. doesn’t even deserve 500 inr !

It’s not a four star property service level is so bad price four star accordingly but property like 2 or 3 star breakfast not proper
