Very dirty room, bed, towels bathroom etc. No food not even once i was told to do swiggy overall my experience was yuk.

Cleanliness is poor and lack of professionalism in staff. Room was not clean as expected. Parking and location is nice.

Blanket is not clean. Toilet and room is not, hygienic. Rest is ok. In reception not so responsive.

Services is not good. Tv ac bed are also not in good condition. Pillow and bedsheet are too dirty. Totally waste of money. .

The hotel owner has scolded me because I have booked a second time Top of that Hotel is very unhygienic, no b.fast even though I have booked for complimentary b.fast.

The room was good and had ac that can be adjusted to your liking the staff was friendly the area had good places to visit and had good restaurants

They ask for extra money rude behaviour unhygienic have to wait for water for bathroom for 1 hour. Location is very bad.

List of issues! book for breakfast and ac, after reaching the hotel they said with this price no ac or breakfast will be provided! finally they agreed to give me room with ac but no breakfast. The room has no latch so u have to keep pulling out the main key and lock it. No toiletries provided room is ok but toilet is extremely dirty water problem - water goes off every now and then tv also not working stayed for 2 days since i already booked it in advance

Staff not polite. Noisy at night, lenins not clean

1-first of all, hotel is at 3 rs floor please specify during booking. 2-secondly no cleanliness. Really even at this time no cleanliness. 3- very small room although prices are way too much as compared to (may be different room was allotted to me) but its unethical for not providing me a good room 4- no breakfast was provided.

Good place to stay for every one

Good and quiet place to stay. Food is bit pricey but tasty. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful

Staff was friendly and good behave and place was cool.

Staff were well trained and provides excellent service Raktim, is it, Pankaj, and the service boy thanks for them who made my stay comfortable. The only issued was there was no towel in bathroom every time we have to asked them, bed sheet was not clean, foul smell in bathroom. Why I am writing this because I was also a hotelier and well aware of the room amenities/cleanliness and services. TV Channel were limited only the free ones. Other than this everything was great.

My stay was great as usual staff were grateful, and welcoming. Raktim, who always helped me in smooth check-in. Some more staff like Pankaj, Ishita are great, helpful and thanks for the excellent service. The only issues was there was mosquito in the room in my first visit as well as in my second visit also and there was a very bad smell in bathroom which was coming from the drainage pipe of the basin, it was unbearable.

The staff were really nice and helpful, but the bed has a strong smell and the bathroom tap was extremely slow we have to wait the water at least 20 minutes to fill one bucket.

It was really terrible and unpleasant. It just unhygienic with stains all over the place and the bed linens were torn and dirty. I should even start talking about the washroom.
