I would like to share that our experience with this hotel was unpleasant, disappointed and did not justify the tariff we paid.
I had booked this hotel for my elderly parents (both over 60 years old), who were visiting Ujjain and Indore for a teerth yatra.
Unfortunately, the only negative part of their journey was their stay at this hotel.
Below are some key concerns that reflect to their unpleasant hospitality standards:
Unhygienic: The room was not in a good condition when they entered. Cockroaches or bugs were seen around. Despite raising a complaint, no resolution was provided.
Noise Disturbance: Loud DJ music could be clearly heard inside the rooms late into the night. My parents, who were extremely tired and simply wanted to take some rest, had to say multiple complaints even past 11:30 PM and midnight. Unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved.
Breakfast Buffet: Despite being included in the tariff, the breakfast offered was of below-average quality.
In conclusion, I strongly recommend that the management take customer feedback more seriously and focus on improving the overall guest experience. Progress and reputation in the hospitality industry can only be achieved through a commitment to quality and responsiveness to guest concerns. Ignoring such feedback will only hinder growth and trust
