Terrible Stay
1. property is worst and in worst locality. 2. Rooms also not clean getting smell. 3. Lift is not working. 4. Family could not able to stay. 5. Basically hotel is on Labour area. I have struggled to get another room and we are on road for almost one hour to search hotel. I don't know how make my trip is approved this hotel. As I am using Make my trip only 2 times this kind off issues. Kindly take this forward. Help me to get my refund.I need immediate solution .

i found the property on make my trip. room was clean but matresses were not so comfortable. Breakfast served was nice and hotel staff was very cooperative.

Location of hotel is not good. Mattress were useless, all springs of mattress were pricking, we were not able to take good sleep.

The hotel is located in market on the top floor of an commercial property where lots of shope are there in that premises. And staff there are very good very nice all. About the food it's ok king. But service are good. Main problem is with water heater. They on switch from reception then it work. Which I feel very odd. Rest it's ok for a night lay down.

Poor Stay
Staff behaviour is good but hospitality is very poor towel quality is very poor Matters quality is not good complimentary breakfast quality is not match as hotels ratings . in room no any table and chair is placed if you have any office work how to sit and work AC is working on full night on 16 °c not adjustable . comforter is look like very dirty.
