this hotel does not exist. the management is changed and they are running with different name. they did not had this booking with them. Worst stay eve
There were no facilities at all. Small room, tv was just there for showoff, there was no buttons, pigeon feathers all over, a dead pigeon in the bathroom, very dirty room, no timely water supply, no geyser for hot water, it was the worst experience.

Amenities and service are worst, no water is available in washroom since we arrived, tv not working, lift not working, staff is non cooperative, foot mattress not available.
