Poor Stay
Staff is very rude, don't know how to talk to customer. Was asking extra money for 1 hr early check-in, when refuses as it was complimentary, then they told us they don't have room available, but it was available if we give them extra money. When tried to clear things while talking they said they can't talk to us, their manager can't talk to us, owner wouldn't pick up the call, either wait outside 2 hrs or pay extra for checkin. Why are they standing there if they can't talk to customers. What the manger is managing? Were rude even at checkout. And asking for the money.

Average Stay
The room was clean and good. Outside also is fine. The area is calm and green. Was expecting food service as mentioned but it is not available in the hotel. They order from a nearby hotel. Whatever we order it will take half an hour and by the time it comes, it's cold.

Terrible Stay
Early checking was denied by receptionist. receptionist claimed that hotel dont have RO installed for water so you have to purchase water till check out and the cost was 30 the name of complimentary breakfast poha and samosa were served at 9.45 am after 3 times follow up.

This is a fantastic budget hotel! The room was simple but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and eager to assist with any requests. The location is perfect, just a short distance from popular tourist sites. I was very impressed with the service and value for money. Highly recommended!
