None of the department staff is responsive over the call , berry bad room service. Staff are rude. I would recommend not to Stay at this hotel. I am business traveler

As i have booked King Size Bedroom They have given us queen size bed attached like King size. I also asked them about this they said we have limited rooms so you are late we can not do anything.

I had a nice experience during my stay at the hotel. The food was delicious and the facilities were well-maintained. The overall service was good, and I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Location is good and close to highway. Did not try the food. TV was not operational and didn't work even after complaining. The light outside the room and above the balcony was on till late night due to an ongoing party at the hotel and caused disturbance in our sleep. It was switched off after couple of follow ups. Ample valet parking for your vehicle is available and attractions like 56 Dukaan and sarrafa market are located at a distance of 6 kms.

Really helpful staff. They arranged food for us when we checked in at midnight, even after the restaurant had closed. And gave us complimentary dessert as well. All in all, they took care of us.

Disappointed by Unfair Charges for Rose Petal Stains I recently stayed at jardin with my partner and overall, our experience was pleasant—until checkout. As part of a small romantic gesture, my partner had decorated the room with rose petals. It was a lovely touch, and something many couples do during such stays. However, to our surprise and disappointment, the hotel staff informed us at checkout that we would be charged ₹1800 for "damage" to the white bedsheet due to rose petal stains. I find this charge completely unreasonable. Rose petals are organic and any staining they leave can typically be cleaned with standard laundry effort. It’s not permanent damage. It felt like an unnecessary way to extract extra money from guests, especially since the stains were not a result of negligence or misuse—just a small romantic gesture that many hotels actually encourage. Instead of showing hospitality or even attempting to clean the linen first, they directly decided to charge us. This experience left a sour taste and ruined what was otherwise a beautiful memory. I urge the management to reconsider such rigid and unfair policies, and to treat genuine guests with more understanding and transparency. — A disappointed guest
