Aceotel Xpress Mint Scheme No 114

It was a pathetic experience. Bed bugs, poor cleaning and hygiene, cockroaches in rooms and limited & slow breakfast.

The worst experience off my life with this hotel i literally have to change my hotel late night at 2 :00 am and a staff was worst in hotel there is literally no manager there is only two members in the hotel i come to stay with my family and i call you at that time you are just saying we can talk tomorrow its is that you take care off your costumer and I don’t want coupam i want my proper money

Hotel have many problems like Water supply, lift not working,Parking is small. Cleaning of room not done.

It was a bad experience.. we weren't served breakfast on both the occasions in the times. The sheets were untidy and had oil stains all over. The reason could be that food was served on the bed. Lifts were not maintained well. 4 of us got stuck in the lift for 15min with elderly people and lift was not functioning the next day leading to all of us having to climb 2 floors. When asked for refund for not providing breakfast, we were denied.. The only good side was tasty food and economical food and stay.

Facilities was not good at all at the premises, staff is rude , ac was not working lift was not working and there was no water supply all night , worst stay of my life not gonna go back ever there.

Room was nice... washbasin was not working.....toilet hand fucet was broken and was leaking...... average stay....staff behaviour was nice ....

The hotel shows 4 stars but facilities are of 2 stars. The hotel is for service person visiting on official work and not for family.

No proper service. Rooms were not clean. No lift facility for carrying the luggage to 2nd floor. No sufficient water facility for washrooms. No room service and changing of bedsheet and blanket on the next day. Very terrible experience as no authorised person available at the hotel for raising such issues. I would not recommend for staying here.

Worst ever experience...no hot water even cold was not available for 2 days... disturbed complete schedule...breakfast system was terrible...lift was inoperative for both the days...

Property was good But in terms of service and Cleanliness its terrible.

The staff was arrogant, bedshit was dirty, electric kettle was rusted, window curtain was broken, tap in bathroom was not working, someone spit at my car, but staff didn't help me. AC was making loud noise, towels were dirty, not washed, they only provided 500 ml water bottle each, Waste of the money.

all good , location little away but peaceful wash basin was leaking and needs to be maintained. food was good. break fast serving should be little earlier

this property is very very worst,ac nt working tv not working and shower also broked and jet spry leakage, breakfast only 4 items,bedsheet and pillow very bad condition,how u show for your customer these types of room and teriff also too much, much better playotel hotel is too good, main thing big size Lizard there, my money west,whos responsible for this my money, u decide who pay return? in future. I had a very good stay at Aceotel 114 Xpress Mint, Indore. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful, and they even allowed an early check-in which made the stay even more convenient. The location is central and easy to access. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience with great value for money. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
