Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hotel Swarn Inn
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the unprofessional service and staff behavior I recently experienced at Hotel Swarn Inn. Unfortunately, my stay has been far below expectations, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your notice.
Incident on Breakfast Timing:
Today, I went for breakfast at 10:29 AM, well within the service time (closing at 10:30 AM). The waiter first asked for my room number, and suddenly a front desk staff member rushed in and told me that since the time was now 10:30 AM, I could no longer avail breakfast. This was not only incorrect but also extremely embarrassing, as other guests present looked on.
When I requested to speak with a manager, a receptionist informed me that I would have to pay charges if I wanted breakfast. Even the restaurant manager repeated the same. Shockingly, just a few minutes later, around 10:35 AM, I saw 3 other guests being welcomed and allowed to have breakfast without any issue.
Additional Issues Faced:
Wi-Fi & Internet: The hotel Wi-Fi does not work properly. Day before yesterday, it took your team almost one hour to resolve the issue, which disrupted my office work.
Service Standards: If the hotel is so strict that even a few seconds matter for guests, then the same punctuality and professionalism should also be maintained in providing timely service from your side. Unfortunately, that is not the case here.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a hotel that claims to provide quality hospitality. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that such unprofessional behavior is not repeated with any other guest.
