I had a very bad experience with this hotel. At around 3:30 AM, I woke up to find there was no power in my room. I contacted the reception, and they said they would check, but after 15 minutes, no update was given and they stopped answering my calls. I tried calling all the service numbers available in the room, but there was no response. Finally, I went down to the reception, only to find both receptionists asleep.They are saying give 2 mins to check. Later after 45 mins they saw that the MCB had tripped and restored the electricity.
