Review Of Hotel Solitaire Inn

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. At around 3:30 AM, I woke up to find there was no power in my room. I contacted the reception, and they said they would check, but after 15 minutes, no update was given and they stopped answering my calls. I tried calling all the service numbers available in the room, but there was no response. Finally, I went down to the reception, only to find both receptionists asleep.They are saying give 2 mins to check. Later after 45 mins they saw that the MCB had tripped and restored the electricity.

Location is very easy food was awesome service is excellent cleanliness was good everything was good

Short over night stay was decent. No frills property, needs more maintenance. The staff is friendly & helpful. The bed mattress string was broken ! The breakfast buffet was basic , but enough options & tasty.

The room was not good cleaning not good and room was so small also washroom was so small i am not feel comfert with this stay.

It was fine not that much good and the receptinist said they don't allow girls only wifes are allowed strange when you having girlfriend they should right it on the booking.

Amazing resort, amazing rooms, clean washroom, clean rooms, amazing food, try veg malai kofta, amazing hospitality staff is very nice, that's my second visit and experience is same like before,

Unhygienic room, mouse running around, foul smell, shower not working, no toiletry item, poor ambience, felt insecure. Whatever wrong one can think was there. I feel cheated by make my trip, because of the completely different picture presented on booking site.

Very expensive in terms of facilities provided, even the basic amenities like handwash was not there in the room.

Excellent silent place in Muzzaffernagar on NH side. It is a very silent place for a night stay. We find the silence, and mind satisfaction.

Hotel room is spacious and comfortable but corridor and lift cleaning is a very poor, room service is good.
