I'll mannered staff at reception

Property location is excellent , near main highway of delhi haridwar, food was also delicious and services was too good...staff was very cooperative and hygiene was also top notch ..overall very good experience

Very bad behaviour of all the staff. Worst services and much more expensive than a 5 star hotel. I would never recommend someone to stay at this hotel

While the property is well built, the service and amenities is terrible. There were noises of AC cleaning coming from the roof at 11 pm at night. After repeated calls, room was changed but the noise was so prominent it was covering almost 7-8 rooms

Its a nice hotel. We stayed with the family. Amazing cleanliness and courteous staff. Its a good vaue for money. We hope to stay again during our next trip.

Excellent stay. Didn't expected this level of service and quality in muzaffarnagar city. Despite not being from chain of hotel it followed every standard any 5 star hotel has, some even better like their bar. Only thing it's pure veg hotel.

Room was clean with cmfortabl bed. Polite and helpful staff. But in night some people started shouting and fighting and no1 was there to handle them

Beautiful property

Complimentary breakfast was not spread. In buffet. Hence to enjoy it was very time consuming. Morning time being most important, i skipped it. Even their room categorised as king double bed room was without wall to wall carpet. Fridge was empty devoid of fresh fruits or so. These are the primary things expected in a hotel charging room rent as charged by hotel palasa. Muzaffarnagar.

The location was great! the room was very clean with great decoration, comfortable king bed, spacious bathroom

The property is nicely maintained, was not expecting this quality in the city, rooms are big and beautiful, breakfast was superb, all the staff members were prompt and courteous. It was a wonderful experience.

Good experience i loved it i will again use make my trip for my next trip as they provide good experience with reasonable prices

Room is great, amenities and quality is good. Food options are limited and quality is poor. Non veg option even egg option is not there
