Room is as promised In the picture plus our room is best in the given price range. We do not have dinner inclusive plan online. So if you have taken the dinner than we were suppose to charge. Sorry for any inconvenience

Hotel staff doesn't have manner they knock door from 7 morning and they charged 10% service tax for all the food and even they take money for the water bottle.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. They were not mosquito but the insects which appears after Rain and attracts to light. We never claim to have parking at our hotel though the parking outside our hotel is protected by CCTV and a guard. Regards

Bedsheets are not clean and tv not working and delayed in checkin also water issue so it can be fixed all over i stay everyone there but things are changed from past earlier it was good

Lots of mosquitoes in the room, no parking space for car, no lift facility, rooms are adjacent with road that why noise of traffic always dist-rub you. Rooms are not maintained specially washroom area

We are really sorry for your inconvenience. But if you check online we never mentioned lift in our facilities. Parking was given to just below hotel building and as per my knowledge mosquito repellent machine was also provided. As far as noise concerned we can’t control that as our hotel is on the main road. Property is at prime location just near to rly stn. Staff is nice and coperative.As i reach few hours earlier to hotel they provided a comfort stay till my booking room get prepared.
