Nice to stayed and well devloped facility provided by staff & services. Good hygiene and housekeeping.

This property not follow the rules regulation, and his reception guy is not behave professionally, washroom and room is very dirty. off-line this property offer this room only 1800 and charge 3000.

बढ़िया स्थान, सुंदर आसपास का माहौल, बढ़िया स्टाफ। अब तक का सबसे मिलनसार और मददगार रिसेप्शनिस्ट और स्टाफ, होटल का पहला प्रभाव बहुत प्यारा और शानदार लगा। होटल के बारे में सब कुछ असाधारण था। जहां हमने रात्रि भोजन किया वह साफ-सुथरा, स्टाइलिश, विशाल और उत्कृष्ट सेवा वाला था। खाना अच्छा और पैसे के हिसाब से बढ़िया था और सेवा चौकस और कुशल थी। कमरा अपने आप में अच्छी तरह सुसज्जित और आरामदायक था। मैं अपने प्रवास से बहुत प्रसन्न था। मुझे आशा है कि मैं भविष्य में लंबी यात्रा के लिए वापस आऊंगा। January 2025

We had the best experience. We enjoyed the food, the stay and everything.

Fantastic staff, food was also awesome with reasonable cost, well clean & maintain ambience, parking space was much better

3000rs per room without breakfast too much costly. I am not satisfied this is ok if given with breakfast.

Location wise good hotel, delcuis breakfast. Regularly staying whenever i visit muzaffarnagar. Getting room during marriage season difficult.

Room was not clean. Actual cost was 2000. Mmt makes it 2900. So much costly. .

It was a well located property within market place. It had accessibility from all major roads coming from delhi and going to other parts of utter pradesh.

Good location, good management, clean room in out, decent staff, no bad smell

The stay was good but the washroom shower was not working well as well as the quality of water provided was not good.

Anyhow i spent a night there even after changing room. All the facilities t hare but not all maintained. Foul smelling rooms sip-page in bathroom. Somewhere tv not in service somewhere ac not in service. Manager not available all the time. For everything guard is responsible. No arrangement of food there. Hotel is in prime location but not gentlemen's stay.

This is one of the best hotels at a place like mujaffarnagar, food is awesome although high rated somewhat but taste and quantity are worth having. Rooms are clean and all safety standards they follow here. I liked staying here.

Sure, the hotel structure is good but the staff is so rude. By the time i made my check in the receptionist was talking to me in a really nuisance manner which was intolerable. At about 4:30 am in the morning the tv adapter in my room blasted and it hit my head so bad. My charger was completely burnt. The geyser was not working. No switch was working in the room. When i came back for breakfast after my exam and ordered breakfast they again talked so pathetically. When you call them for booking a room they always say they do not have rooms and when we check it there are ample of rooms present. I will be really grateful if their staff members start behaving nicely. It's really bad for anybody to face such thing while traveling alone.

We were confirmed for early check in but we're made to wait even after standard checking time of 12 o, clock. We reached at 11am but got room after 1 o, clock. There's no meaning of advance booking and advance check in. Deny if can't provide so other options can be search. It was hrashment. .
