Super Townhouse Brahma Sarovar Formerly Krishna mahal

The experience was very terrible. I opted breakfast with the stay for two person. But by serving 2 parathas to single person they just told that breakfast is done for 2 person because they just serve 2 Parathas in the breakfast no matter if there are 2 person in the room and room condition is also very terrible ac was not working. Very unhappy with the stay. Haven't expected that make my trip has tied with these 3rd class hotels

I found the property through' make my Trip ' and the location was good but food and other services were not good.

The room given had a stinking smell. No power at midnight for more than 30 mts. While enquired there is no power backup. On a humid day it was horrible.

Average facilities are there. No water bottle provided and they charged extra money for food served in the room. No parking facility.

Too dirty bathroom. No any booklet for me u or room goods services .. It will be 10% chargeable for foods served at room.. one worst thing that is make me angry that in front of the hotel we park my own car but give money for the car aa parking cost what rubbish is that , it is not tolerable😡😡😡😡 ..

It is a pathetic Hotel. Stinky room. No bell boy for your luggage. Matt in the corridor was sticky. Satellite TV connection was deactivated. Very old towel was give. Although it is slightly away from the Railway station, yet its proximity to Brahma sarovar just opposite to main gate, gives it a great advantage. Food was good and for the convenience of the guest readily served in the room. Services of the staff was prompt. Regarding television, sports channels were not available, this was a disappointment. Otherwise I would strongly recommend this hotel.

It was a very bad experience of staying in this hotel. Hotel staff seems to be completely unprofessional. They don't even provide the basic amenities such as water bottle, soap, towel, blanket. There was only one blanket that was also very thin so we asked them to take it and bring two blanket which serves the purpose at it was really cold. They just brought one saying we do not have any more blanket. When we asked for the towel, they brought wet towels which seemed to be used.

Location is excellent. Cleanliness is poor. No insect killer in restaurant. Flies all around in restaurant and in rooms. Complimentary breakfast was horrible. Guard at entrance was a hindrance with too many parking instructions. Overall it was horrible experience.
