Pink Villa The Boutique Hotel, Meerut

The room was clean, very spacious. AC was fine.

Stayed with my family for few days and thoroughly enjoyed the same, as rooms were impeccably clean, service and hospitality was excellent and ambience was very good esp due to adjoining garden, lawn and beautiful natural view from window. Food was fresh and very deliciously cooked and room service being very prompt, the overall stay experience was wonderful; appreciate the Resort team for all great services and help.

Good hospitality, polite staff, clean room and also good food

no facility, no room amenities. not even - basic tea and coffee essentials. the breakfast and lunch is in next hotel close by. the presidential suite is two rooms joined by a common door… no heater in the room. the portable heater was charged extra and utter useless. for the price u aid certainly not impressed.

The rooms were definitely spacious and the staff courteous but the room lacked basic amenities like toilet paper in washroom, facial tissue in room. Iron and hair dryer were also not present. No spoons were provided with the tea kit ( nothing to stir) the duvet cover was dirty ( stains on the cover, though it was changed on request. Overall they definitely need to work on a few things to improve the rating

when i ask from them they said we sell same room at higher prices

good stay & clean rooms. spacious rooms with TV, water heater, Split ACs available within the room.

Overall, my stay at pink villa was terrible. There was a frog in our room on the day we checked in, the floor was not cleaned, i had to make them change the linens, and some small bugs were crawling around on the bed, which the caretaker claimed was due to the rain and lights. The hotel staff nagged us about breakfast, despite the fact that we had included it in our booking. They only provided us with a few selections and were not willing to accommodate our preferences. The hotel staff repeatedly called us to clear our bills, despite the fact that we received a 15% discount on our meals, which was not initially included. Overall, a bad experience.
