bad service and poor facility and ac not work

No proper staff No proper sevice catered No bill received No regular cleaning of room No Breakfast received and it was clearly mentioned Done with the email part to MMT and till yet no action has been taken. Please resolve the matter and do the needful.

Price is higher than what we get when we consider the location and amenities. On they do not show the AC rooms but they actually have it.

Bathroom was clogged, floor was full of water, bucket and bathroom curtains were not in good condition. Disturbing atmosphere, it was all disturbing

Poor, no attendent, open parking, water bottle on request that 2 bottles of two different brands, 3 people stay and only one towel in room, cigrette buts in bath room, horrible, got finger cut with electrical kettle and first aid box is not available in hotel, no one picked up intercom after entry in hotel and in morning. Poorest experience with a mm t hotel.

Staff was very helpful , there was parking space and room was clean . Breakfast was served around 9.00 Am and it was good too

Hospitality efficient Staff , Good food, Comfortable stay close to Railway station, room were clean & spacious , Lenin were good,

hygiene was maintained but food service problem is there they order from differs restaurant and they charge 50₹ extra and food is shit too

Good rooms, great location but only if you could find the hotel without google map. No signboard, no direction. No kitchen so you get tea only after 0830hrs. Unprof. Untrained but decent staff

It was a very good stay, little bit away from main road.

I did not stay there after see rooms. The no security for car and very poor sarves.

Experience was ok, but meals are not given on time

They can do improve more better as they have the needed resources for it

It was very good stay in your hotel and good staff also but for further feedback mosquito machine also add on your hotel rooms. There are lots of mosquito in your rooms
