We are very sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience in our hotel – our mission is to provide excellent guest experiences, this is to inform you that every hotel has its terms and condition, there are many hotels worldwide don’t allow outside liquor in the hotel premises if they have their own BAR in the hotel. We also don’t allow outside liquor, and it’s all mentioned on our registration card too. We do have our BAR, in the hotel and we serve all type of liquor there, and as per our hotel standard our staff is not allowed to take any guest liquor without bill to handover to any guest. Please accept my sincerest apologies if this terms and condition has made your experience disappointed. we request you next time please do inform us in advance so that we can arrange a liquor bottle of your choice from our hotel bar. I hope that I can convince you to change your mind about another visit to our property. It would be such a pleasure to personally welcome you back. Warm Regards
