    Food was too spicy, property was ok to stay, but the front desk staff was very arrogant and has to learn a lot on how to talk to the guest at the time of cheek in. He is not at all fit for hospitality industry

    My stay at bravura gold resort meerut

    Well i stayed in this hotel for three days. It’s definitely not a five star. I would rate it at three star or less. When i checked in i was asked to sign a document which said that i am not allowed to consume liquor brought from outside inside the room. Id you need to to have liquor you should go to their bar. I have been traveling all over the world for the last 30 years and this is the first time that i came across such a rule. Also when i checked out i asked the reception guy weather i could leave a bottle of whisky with them and one of my business associate will collect it from the reception. They refused saying that they are not prepared to handle liquor brought from outside. This is their five star hospitality for you. Any person who doubts my words could call and ask them.

We also don’t allow outside liquor, and it’s all mentioned on our registration card too. We do have our BAR, in the hotel and we serve all type of liquor there, and as per our hotel standard our staff is not allowed to take any guest liquor without bill to handover to any guest. Please accept my sincerest apologies if this terms and condition has made your experience disappointed. we request you next time please do inform us in advance so that we can arrange a liquor bottle of your choice from our hotel bar.
