Old style rooms. No charging points both side of bed. AC not working properly in the room. Thankgod there is fan in the room

The receptionist was very rude. The size of room was small. TV was not working. Actually it was not recharged. Facilities were not according to the cost I paid. Highly disappointed.

I booked the room with food for personal but the hotel property only provided food for a single person. And after contacting the hotel and MMT also I didn't get any help, while I have paid the money for 2 person

The AC was not cooling. Even after complaining no change in the AC. No fan in the room

The reception staff is terrible. They are rude and not apologetic on bad behaviour either. They make the guests feel like thieves

firstly i have paid good amount and it was booked without breakfast 2. The room was without clean bedsheets 3. No sleepers were provided 4. Kettle was not functional 5. Hot water was not coming

Firstly, i was assigned a room on the 3rd floor, and the lift was non-functional throughout my stay. This caused immense physical and emotional stress, as i am pregnant and was traveling with my 2-year-old child. Navigating multiple flights of stairs under such circumstances was both exhausting and hazardous, and it is deeply disappointing that no alternative arrangements were made. Additionally, despite assurances that the wi-fi was "excellent" it was completely non-functional during my stay. This forced me to rely on my personal mobile data for critical office work, resulting in additional inconvenience and expenses. The combination of these issues has caused significant distress, and i believe it reflects a failure on the hotel’s part to provide the basic amenities and comfort promised to guests. Given the unacceptable experience and the physical toll it took on me and my child, i am requesting a full refund of my stay. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure such lapses do not happen in the future. I look forward to your response within [specific timeframe, e. Excellent stay nice service, but lift was not ok. So it trouble us. Other wise every thing is good.
