Excellent Stay
It's a lovely hotel to stay at. Stayed for a week. The staff are very well mannered and friendly. The rooms are clean. Bathrooms are good. Ac worked nicely. Very good location to reach marriott resort, miramar beach, inox panjim, the casinos, donna paul, old goa area etc. Breakfast was great every morning. Mithun das is a very nice gentleman who always looks out for the hotel guests.

Initial check in experience was very bad with a dirty room, no fridge etc given. The changed room also had many issues like fridge not working, lights not working, etc

Pool was under maintenance the entire stay, wifi doesn’t work in the rooms, lazy staff, cunning driver who wants loot money, added cg-st on a handwritten bill, locks don’t work, acs don’t work
