Review Of Sol De Goa

The property offered what we expected. Clean rooms..clean pool and away from the city noise. Breakfast provided was great. Truly relaxing and worth the price.

Absolutely beautiful property, old architecture (probably portuguese) building. We booked a junior suite which was spacious and had huge windows which allows ample sunlight which adds to the charm and beauty obviously, bathroom was spacious as well. Food was also very good, especially the breakfast, good variety and nourishing options. The property is 2 mins walk from Club LPK. Staff is very cordial and accomodating. There are ample spaces in the building itself for a good photoshoot - lighting, pool, flowing water, huge mirrors and decor, flora and antique style furniture. We had a marvelous experience staying at Sol de Goa. Highly recommended!

It was a superb stay.. the manager and the staff was really nice.

I've stayed in Sol de Goa in Sep 2023 and stayed in May 2025 as well. It's a beautiful property at a relatively good location plus the breakfast is tasty. The service is great. Rooms are neat & spacious for the price but they definitely need a bit of renovation here and there. Outside pool is very clean and nice for a dip with a good view. Inside pool needs some maintenance though. Also feedback to the management is that when there are some group events organised at your hotel, you need to make sure that it doesn't disrupt other people's stay as well.

Our stay at Sol de Goa has been a wonderful experience. Its close proximity to LPK and Calangute beach is really good. The property is surrounded by lush green farms and away from traffic. No air nor sound pollution to bother about. Peaceful stay with family and friends.The property gives authentic goan experience and provides good service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. This property has 2 swimming pools.. the one for kids is really good. Would definitely recommend to plan your stay at this place.

Location is good, Food is also good. Amenities are good. Service is nice and co-operative. Hotel is neat and clean. Staff is humble and co-operative.

Sol de goa is an excellent stay. Typical europish style and ambience. The location is serene and the staff is very helpful. The property manager mr laxman was a gentleman and made sure our every request was taken care. Great hospitality by mr laxman. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were big and have to mention the bathrooms which were big and excellent. Enjoyed the wide spread of breakfast. The stay was comfortable, value for money.

Pros : comfortable bed, clean and spacious room. Cons - bathroom had sewage smell, lacked basic toiletries. Non maintenance’s of hotel premises. Food was okay. . Place looks run run compared to pictures. Staff was also okay.

Had a fabulous stay. Very neat & clean property. Excellent food & ambience. Very polite, courteous & helpful staff especially mr. Imran bhai. Overall an awesome experience.

There was a lizard in my room

Its lovely place for stay with friends and family. Very good staff and service. Good cleanliness. Best place.

It's a nice place with a homely feel to it. A little isolated though. The room was okay, the ac was noisy. But the rest was good. The staff is very courteous, the breakfast is excellent, great taste and quality too.

Great stay it was. Place is quite far from Baga, Calangute so it is quiet. It's near Nerul river. Lots of greenery. Food is also good. Property is now renovated. So it's nice. You can see sunset from the window. Pool on the center of the hotel is really beautiful. Overall stay was really nice. Staff is also very helpful.

Hotel is not worth for the price, even location is far away from local market, only 3 choices were there in breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Great value for money!
