Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Poor Service and Maintenance I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We had booked three rooms, and unfortunately, all three were in terrible condition. Room Issues: The rooms were poorly maintained. There was no AC remote, the washroom had leakages, and the telephone didn’t work. Service Delays: We requested an extra bed, which took more than an hour to arrive. Staff Behavior: The staff were unhelpful and kept giving assurances instead of resolving the issues. Room Change: When we requested a room change, they offered a room with separate beds, which made no for a family stay. Management Attitude: Even the owner seemed disinterested in addressing our complaints — he was more focused on selling sweets at his shop than listening to guests. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or professional stay.

There was no cleanliness. As we walked into the room, the floor was completely covered with dust that one cannot walk barefoot. The fridge was not there in the fridge area. The cupboard was full of dust. The shower gel bottle was empty. No toilet roll. The room service guys weren't receiving the call, so I had to call reception for anything. Lastly, for the checkout, they won't even adjust for a minute. The reception guy said if the time goes from 12 to 12:01 he will charge an extra 50% of the booking amount. Worst stay

Good experience overall. Staff was very good. Location is at proper distance from services. It was a very pleasant stay. We had reached early and the desk staff was extremely kind to get a room ready for us without any hassle. The views from room, reception etc are beautiful! the best part of our stay here was the car service that hotel provides.

the accommodation provided by the hotel was far below expectations. I had booked a room for three people and was anticipating either three separate beds or a double bed with an additional single bed. However, upon arrival, i was allocated a double bed room and offered an extra mattress as an alternative. This arrangement was highly inconvenient and not what was promised at the time of booking. In conclusion, this entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned. I urge you to address these issues promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure such incidents are not repeated in the future. As a valued customer, i expect better service and transparency. I booked one room for 3 adult and 1 child below 10 years and option shown in selection is family room. However, the room allowed by hotel is one double bed with occupancy of 2 max adults. It quite and uncomfortable stay.

Worst property no space of air in the room too congested the staff was too much lazy and egoistic food was awful and water was too in unsealed bottle i will suggest don’t go in this hotel again the manager was too rude he was asking for 1000. Rs without anu reason that he started to argue so i will conclude worst hotel experience waste of money

The corridor, lift area and the whole floor was smelling like they were running a poultry farm. Despite telling them twice they didn't do anything about it. They say it's a queen bed but they attached two single beds with visible gap in between. No room cleaning was done. Despite telling them twice. Chairs in the breakfast area and as well as in the room were also quite dirty. It's not worth the money you spent.
