Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Poor Service and Maintenance
I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We had booked three rooms, and unfortunately, all three were in terrible condition.
Room Issues: The rooms were poorly maintained. There was no AC remote, the washroom had leakages, and the telephone didn’t work.
Service Delays: We requested an extra bed, which took more than an hour to arrive.
Staff Behavior: The staff were unhelpful and kept giving assurances instead of resolving the issues.
Room Change: When we requested a room change, they offered a room with separate beds, which made no for a family stay.
Management Attitude: Even the owner seemed disinterested in addressing our complaints — he was more focused on selling sweets at his shop than listening to guests.
Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or professional stay.
