The rooms are a nightmare, totally not even able to spend a night here and i have paid for this booking. Being a value customer, i was assured by anuj (help agent) to be helped on this Issue faced : 1. Rooms dirty and stinky 2. Washrooms not washed, camode broken, stinking with pigeon droppings. 3. Flooring not cleaned and stinky 4. Sockets broken 5. Ac not working / broken 6. Denial from hotel staff to give bedsheets and have the audacity to say they are clean only sleep on it. I expected the refund but only 2500- voucher was given to me even though i was eligible for 100% refund.

businessRooms are ordinary. Bed linen and bed are of ordinary quality. Good about this hotel are hot water and food 24×7 - food is outsourced. And can't blame the staff too - they were polite too. Pictures on your site and actual room are completely different.
