hotel owner behever is very bad hotel room is derty toilet flush is not working room is bad smale

Staff was very supportive and helping. Manager was not so helping and supportive. AC was not working initially, then we had to change room. Vey small and congested room. AC was not working initially, then we had to change room. Very small and congested room.

The location is in bus stand , not near temple, the photo they showed is not actually the catagory photo they are showing upper catagory photo and give me a nasty room, the room is tiny and not so standard as per the price , the person sitting on the reception is old person and not gentle at all ! He questions me like interrogation where do u book? How much paid ? Why late came ? Not at all recommended

Good nearby bus stand easy to access... AC was not not worked for first 30 mins... otherwise all good

Worst experience. No WiFi, No Hot water, No cleanliness. Geyser is not available in the room

“Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend” I had the worst experience at this property. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. The electricity kept going on and off, and it was a struggle to even get the AC working properly. Despite what was promised in the invoice, we were not provided with basic amenities, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the host seemed upset because we had booked the room around ₹1200, while he was apparently selling . His behavior reflected his displeasure, and it felt like we were being treated differently because of the price we paid through. Overall, it was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

No complementary break fast, soap, brush etc. Even complementary water is the lowest quantity.TV functioning & response to it is the worst.No hot water.Main was switched off without ensuring customers inside. Totally waste of money.

Location is almost near to city 3.5 km from Temple for the rate it provides parking and better hospitality

The location is ok Room is not good - Room No 211 Bathroom condition is very poor, Closet Seat cover is Brocken Bathroom lights is vey dim , if we need sufficient light we have to open the door. Bathroom size is vey small.

The stay was quite unwelcoming, as they were trying to make us prefer offline booking instead of online. They were trying to negotiate us to not do online booking. The rooms they offered for offline booking were clean, but when we registered anyway, they gave us a less clean and less maintained room of similar kind. The staff behavior was quite rude as well, as they were not willing to communicate in English and trying to enforce Tamil (even though we didn't know Tamil).

I stayed in Royal Deluxe Room which was big and spacious for the the price they offer. Its a good Room for the pruce they provide, however there are some problem there is no heater, during power cut there is a blackout for atleast 10 to 15 mins and then they use generator as backup supply. Management ask for tip.
