it was nice to stay as ambience was outstanding and staff was supportive ,,

There is no drinking water and when I demand they charged money 30 rupees for one litre water which MRP 20 Rupees. And they give me already used ,Their bed condition was so bad they didn't change any bed cover which used the day before. Room boy very rude and not even know the basic etiquettes.

Air conditioner isn’t working properly and smoking smell increase ventilation isn’t properly

Though the property is old, yet somehow i liked it. This is my at least 15th stay. The owner naina mam is a good friendly elderly lady. The staff is cooperative and the food is excellent. The location is not great but still i wish to come again. Good family hotel. This time we stayed 4 people in 2 rooms. Comfortable and good ambience.

We harass by duty manager for giving room and we complain the same to mm t help for this. Room are not well clean hotel is not for this rent value

Ac was controlled by them so they turned off at 9 am only. Highy inconvenient.

All are very good like location. Value of money cleaning also good for all marketing people

One of the my worst experience of my life till date, the reception person did not know how to talk with guest, he also told us he did not get any mail from MMT regarding my booking, It was so funny. He gave us room key and told I have no helper so go find your room by self, There is no any name of hospitality. The room was very poor then we request for changing the room then reception person changed the room, When I was checking out the reception person try to keep my change without my permission.

Wonderful experience. Nice Stay, nice food. Cleanliness etc. New Tv is req in the room. Cooperative staff. Overall Good. I will ask my friends & relatives to stay in this hotel. This was a pleasant & comfortable stay.

Near to prime location & easy to get transportation. Hotel rooms are good and big. Lift facility available. In house restaurant available with good room service. Friendly staff & manager. Food quality is good.

Location is approachable, food was good, But some problem of cleanliness and parking area is not possible. There is good market near the hotel and you can find almost everything in this market. So this hotel is value for money

Misbehaved at the time of check-in and did not allow at 8 pm. At this hour me and my friend had to suffer a lot to get another accommodation. Thanks to OYO rooms got good accommodation with great service. And no refund was made by make my trip yet, do not trust make my trip

Nice experience at Silver Shine with neat and clean room. Reception and lobby area is good enough to make the property one of the best in it's category. Location can easily be traced for it's proximity to Sagatrashan police station. Altogether a Value for money property.

Rooms were not that clean had to change my room as the water heater was not working properly. Location was okayish won't get any better location on Paharganj. The room overall was worth the money. Had an average stay.

MMT should be very careful before approving a hotel otherwise it will lose its reputation. The hotel is neither Silver nor shining. Situated in a very congested unhygienic location. The room first allotted was very bad. I wanted to cancel booking. So another room was given. Better than previous one. Whole night could not sleep as the age old window AC created loud noise like Rice mill. Front staff cooperate well. Restaurant is not so well maintained, but food was tasty. It is manned by unprofessional staff. Overall very bad experience.

When ever I have to stay in Paharganj I always choose this hotel as the hotel offers value for money for budget business or family travels, it is only 10 min walk from metro and New Delhi railway station. The market where the hotel is located is full of traditional street food and vendors.

Nice location very easy to approach from railway station and metro station very nice food after reaching late economical menu spacious rooms also would like to visit again full value for the money Only use MMT for booking.
