Very neat and tidy room. Front desk staff behaviour is excellent. captain behaviour is so roude.. AT the timen of checkout room boy was tried to hide my purse but after through checking I got my vallet. Be alert with room attendant. Fodd was good

But, It is the fact that no one was hidden your wallet after due inspection by the management. Unfortunately it was hidden under the blanket. You have aslo visited twice to find with our staff. You found it in the corner of the bed where the blanket was stored and nothing missed from it. It may be happened due to hurryness. We will call you to convey the exact fact. Thank you.

After conducting research, I selected Hotel signature suites.I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it

Average Stay
Rooms are good with all basic necessities. Perfect location for temple as well as beach, both are at walking distance. Two things which bothered me are slow room service and slow restaurant service. Food is good no doubt but service is slow. Housekeeping also is done by neglecting our requirements. There is no sea facing room, so beware while booking. Front desk service is good. Room rent can be reduced a bit. Because I had paid similar amount at Katra that too for Ramada(Which is a 4 star hotel) while my Vaishno devi visit. That place is more crowded than Puri.

Namaskar, Thank you for your comments. Sorry for your inconvenience. We have provided you fresh food as per your order. It might have been late as we don't serve stale food by keeping it in fridge. Sorry for that and you mentioned in your comments that be aware while booking. It hurts a lit bit. We have already mentioned in online module that our Hotel is 750 mtr far from Sea beach. No sea facing rooms are available, but you can have exquisite sea view as well as Temple view from our pool side. And the last thing prices/ Tariffs are different from place to place. It depends on Trust, Value, Service and places . All the deprived thing are arrosen will must be fulfilled by your next visit. We will look into the matter and trying to sortout asap. Thank you.

Newly constructed Building, Clean room, polite staff behavior, 8 min walking distance from beach and have spacious restaurant. Comfortable stay for Family & Couple.

Good stay
The property is well connected to Shree Jagannath Dham , easily access to temple, just 800metre from Hotel , property is also close to the proximity of sea beach , Lokanath temple, Rly station. Local conveyance can be arranged ( Auto) , Electric Rickshaw, Hotel staffs are well behaved and polite in nature , however dinning menu needs to be improved ( Breakfast is very limited ) need more items as compared to the price as We stayed in Deluxe Room with family trip.

Excellent Stay
The location is excellent. Both the Temple and the beach are within walking distance. The property is newly built and is superb. Rooms are quite spacious with all modern aminities. Restaurant is quite good and reasonably priced with quality food.,The staffs are very helpful and courteous. Overall had a very nice experience.Highly recommend.

A good but expensive roo
We stayed in room 206. It has all the amenities, a queen bed, a balcony, and chairs. The bathroom is big and clean. The restaurant is good. The room rate is high. The golden beach is close, 5mins by autorickshaw.

Terrible Stay
Horrible experience. they supply used disposable water bottle filling with filter water, but we got a bottle which was smelled shampoo and when I shake it it was full of bubble. and that water was already used to make cereal for my one year old daughter. when I complained about it they tried to snatch it from my hand and the manager also told that it was just a matter of 20 rs water bottle . Also clothes were dirty and washroom was also not properly cleaned. Whole staff was involved in this bottle scam . Don't go for this hotel .

Namaskar, Sorry for the above you have mentioned in your comments. As per your order, we have supplied you NC R.O water. You made a complaint regarding this as it was found bubbles in the bottle. It was never happened in our Hotel. But you told and we appologized for this and your entire food bill was waived out. We are waiting your advent in our Hotel and you will be taken care very delicately.
