Review Of Hotel Sands Bay

Very good trip but make my trip has charged me extra cost. The room is not that much which I have paid to make my trip.

we booked two rooms for 2 days when we check in we have to wait for 1 hours for check in because room not available and the next morning they told us to change the room at 7 morning that's was so disappointed and their hospitality was also terrible owner of the hotel they don't how to talk to customer they are talking like we are staying there for free it was terrible experience i don't recommend this hotel to anyone also there was no lift we have to walk on 3 rd floor it was very bad experience ever i had

The condition of the hotel was very old and had zero ventilation The receptionist was very rude and didn’t allow checkin at 12pm and then after taking the help of make my trip customer care they gave entry . There was no parking space . Checkout time was 7am which was very unreasonable . They provided hot water for just one hr and didn’t provide us inspite of requesting that we hadn’t taken bath yet .

Good behaviour by the manager, very happy journey no issues regarding stay. Hotel is equally distance from Temple and 🏖️. Thank you so much sir for experience

Strongly not recommended for Families. Other people were drinking, smoking and the rooms are tiny with worst balcony. The locality was pretty bad too with hawkers around.

Hotel location was good but service was very bad.No cleaning at all.garbages just down the balcony.No lift.we carry our all languages by own.so very disappointed.

It was my first experience in Puri. Staff was very cooperative, Room were Spacious they offered chair and table. Room was totally clean, bedsheet pillow cover and mattress was also good. Really enjoyed the stay there, Puri beach is at walk in distance and mandir too.

I funded property directly at reception, there is restaurant in hotel but it closed these days, services are okay

Polite and homely staffs. Location is good, ambience is good. My request for change of room was done at the earliest. Could have stayed longer but for my busy schedule. Will definitely have a go again, the next time i visit puri again.

Stayed for 3 nights in two rooms. Only thing good about this hotel is a convenient location. Room quality, bed quality and property condition is horrible. Management is non-existent. Washrooms and building condition is worst than a public bus stand. Fan regulators are non functional. Flush tank is broken. Mosquito repellent is filled with water or diluted, doesn't do anything to the mosquito. No remote or control for the airconditioning. You have motor cycles parked at the entrance with hardly any space to enter the property. Second level of security is a stray dog sleeping across the main door. You have to very carefully maneuver around him not disturb his sleep. Third level of security is provided by a bunch of stray cats who will visit your room anytime at will. The way leading to the dining hall is stinky and dirty. Dining hall is very poorly maintained. Surprisingly the food is pretty good. Overall, if you want to punish yourself and ruin your puri vacation, sands bay is the hotel to go to. I really wonder who are the people giving a good rating to this hotel. The description provided by the hotel is totally untrue. If you are looking for a 3rd rate hotel then this is the place for you.

As per the price the hotel is pretty good! As for the experience I was disappointed at times, because we had to do self services. Hygiene ✅ Comfort ✅ Location ✅
