there were many issue in the hotel; 1. pathetic condition for room maintenance, we stayed for 4 nights. no cleaning, even after we told them to do so.
2. no bed sheets, blankets, pillow covers all were dirty and were not washed.
2. bugs in bed.
3. restaurant was not functional, only having a single cook, that too was missing some days. we need to follow his schedule, comes late and takes huge time to prepare. 4. ac was not working, the remote didn’t worked and they didn’t even bothered to change after request also. however; the staff at hotel were cooperative they tried to help, but it seems they have lack of arrangements and resources. in short our stay was pathetic, the hotel management is very poor, however the staff were friendly.. these were in iur beds.. bathrooms were also pathetic.
