"my recent stay at santosh inn near jagannath temple was truly divine! the hotel's proximity to the temple made it an ideal choice for my pilgrimage. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was spotless and comfortable, with all the amenities i needed. I was particularly impressed with the attentive service and personalized touches throughout my stay. The hotel's facilities, including the restaurant. Terrible Stay
This is a nonsense hotel ever . During Sunabesh 2024 , I had booked rooms in this hotel through make my trip . But when I reached there with my family for check in , the hotel refused to provide us room showing the cause they could not afford room in make my trip price . You all know how much crowded was puri Then . We got harrased by the property and could not arrange a room for us and we had to return in the night . I faced so much difficulties for this hotel and #make my trip. Then I requested make my trip to ban this property but still now the property is shown their website. So make my trip is not faithful. So I will never book any hotel through this app . So I request all the customers not to book any hotel through this app.

Poor Stay
The rooms had no ventilation, there was no electricity for the majority of our stay and we were being forced out of the rooms due the unsensible check out timings. The only advantage was that it was close to the temple.

Rude behaviour
Receptionists behaviour was very bad i forgot my keycard in my room. Then she suddenly angry and said another key not available. I feel very bad

But already mentioned No parking available in my Hotel .2nd fooding facility not available in my hotel .as per my discussion with my team as per your request outside food served. Terrible Stay
It was a horrible stay, the staff is not at all cooperative. We booked for 3 people and they only provided 1 towel. Even after requesting they just provided 1 more. Water was not complementary. Washrooms were smelling bad and dirty. Room is very small for 3 people.
