Thank you for staying at Sivangi hotel. Which was near sea beach and happy for staying, housekeeping was excellent, food was excellent and other staff was fantastic, I am very happy to staying at Sivangi hotel in my next trip, thank you

The hotel has a very good location. Good view from 2nd floor rooms. Good homely food. Nice staffs. Stone throwing distance from lighthouse Puri. just beside Puri Gurdwara. infront of Children's park. Easily accessible. Neat and clean rooms. Specious and hygienic washrooms

No complementary water bottle, no house keeping for room cleaning, tea not available after 12 noon, sun-day kitchen off so no food or water available including no house keeping. Only a very rare view of sea available in sea view room.

Everything is fine on the hotel's side, but the problem lies with you. You do not communicate with the hotel at all. They are unaware that you have charged us for breakfast or evening tea. Moreover, you charge double for the hotel stay. We have informed you about this multiple times, but you have taken no action.

DG not working.. baby could not sleep at night. Breakfast not well.. very slow in readiness. Bad service

Room is ok which is neat and clean, staff were good in behaviour. Actually my train got delayed reached hotel at 2. 45 pm in place of 8 am and requested for considering my check out time upto 10 am 06. 04. 25 but allowed upto 8. 30 am. Hotel is at good location

Everything was exceptional, the rooms were comfortable, the environment was pleasant, and the staff was incredibly friendly. My overall experience exceeded my expectations, making my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful and hassle free experience.

The property had a stink, it was very badly maintained, it was not even worth calling s hotel, it was shocking, i had to rush to another hotel, with all my money wasted, no refunds,

Very pathetic experience i had here. Staffs and manager behaviour was very rude. They didn't provide extra pillow and bedsheet for my booked extra mattress. We had 2+1 booking. Washroom was not clean and even shampoo, soap and handwash was not there. Empty good night bottle was there. We have booked breakfast but they told it will be delivered post 8. 30am where check out time was 7am. Very unprofessional attitude. Strongly discourage this type of hotel
