Nice to Stay. it was a business visit . everything was good Staff was excellent

very bad experience at reception counter...after giving original id af me and my wife,they refused entry due to mismatch of id photo and my wife photo..they demanded my marriage photo..they insulted us instead of advance booking and chek in time 10 pm...when I told pls give refusal in written then they agreed for chek in.... very disappointed and Shameful..

Very comfortable stay. Good room, services and amenities. Cooperative staff. Only one approach of the front desk staff was that on check out day he informed me the check out time 11 am whereas as per hotel rules it is 12 noon. Management may suitably address it. Overall nice stay.

Food is ok. During settling the bills the payment process is pathetic. They always have a problem that this card is not working that card is not working. Also they are shameless about the issue. This happened second time with me and still they have got no solution for this.

Horrible experience at the Hotel reception. They deducted 6160 in place of 616. When I asked them to reverse it. They misbehaved very badly with me and started abusing also. Highly despicable staff. Planning to take legal action against them.

The check in experience was very smooth, frontline desk was extremely polite and helpful. Rhe room provided was also good, the room had some electric problem but on request they shifted immediately to another room. Ovwrall the stay was satisfying

Rooms were not properly cleaned. Rooms had some foul smell. Also there was construction work going on early in the morning causing lot of disturbance.

Unmarried adults are not allowed, what if someone does not want to pay the double charge and it depends on their comfort level. So why to ask for this
