Extremely disappointing experience. The room was infested with insects and cockroaches — found in the walls, bed, and even on the floor. I recorded a video and shared it with the hotel staff, but no proper action was taken. The room had a foul smell, and the breakfast was substandard with stale food. Overall, very poor service. I would never book this hotel again, even if it were free.

Foul smell was in the room and no buffet breakfast in this hotel, this property is not a four star property as per rooms and facilities but they marked it 4 star

The hotel was good. Rooms cleans. Service good. No doubts to book the room. The food in the restaurant was good. The entire experience was good. The ambiance and the hospitality was good. The room were clean. The staff was good. The food was good too. The location is good.

Hotel is good, clear, with good service, specially from mr ujjwal. Near to railway station, atmosphere is also good in the hotel. Just one thing need to add as just big hotel need spa and gym facility

Rooms are noisy, towels and sheets were not clean, the only good thing about the hotel is their food

Hotel from the outside looks impressive, however the executive room we stayed was below average , no proper window in the room and bedsheet/quilt were in a bad shape .

Stay is real bad for everything you have to call even for towels. This kind of services are not expected in a hotel

No ro water available in this hotel

There was no buffet in the breakfast. It should be mentioned while booking why to pay breakfast charges when you don't have buffet. Just to select from 3-4 options. 5

Ro water is not available at hotel for gest as per guidelines from government the can't do it

Basic amenities like towels not at all clean and old. Linen smelly and spots. Food is ok. Overall experience is not good.

It was good. Clean rooms and fast service. And the hotel is easy to find it’s on the main road. Good package.

The rooms are okay and the food is also good. The service is a bit shabby though. The phones are not working half the time and it takes time for placing any room service order. The air conditioner swing panels were broken so the cold air blast couldn't be redirected anywhere else then the bed. Overall ok.

Rooms are wonderful and the staff is so cooperative. I stayed for a night and the stay was remarkable.

It was a wonderful experience, right from staff behaviour to rooms allocation and room interior, everything was nice and comfortable. Separate wardrobe and everything was sanitated. Hygiene was maintained in food. Electrical appliances were running perfectly too. Overall it was a nice experience. The services were pretty fast right from room services to food services.
