Some negative points is 1.) Actually the price of hotel is quite high in compare to the hotel value. 2.) Location is also not that good and not hygienic. 3.) There is window AC installed that was not properly ventilating the room. The price of rooms should be decrease than it can be compensated.

We booked two rooms. Water leakage from the bathroom filled the entire room no 306 making it risky to walk around. The staff mopped it but it returned later. Had to use bathroom of the other room. Receptionist did not acknowledge the fault even after the staff brought it to his notice. No question of any apology and compensation. Intercom did not work.

Its a good hotel, and value for money. The location is near to railway station. Rooms are good and clean. Services are good. The reception person is very cooperative . The food quality is good and rates are also reasonable. One very important point I would like to mention that this hotel provides the GST Invoice without any if and but for online bookings also.
