I just want to say how impressed I was with my stay at Hotel DNG. From the moment I arrived, the welcome and hospitality were exceptional. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional. A special shout-out to Akhil at the front desk — he arranged the wake‑up call for me at 4 AM and ensured everything went smoothly even at that very early hour. I also truly appreciated that the hotel arranged a breakfast for me so early in the morning so that I could check out without any hassle.

Excellent Stay
Excellent stay. Enjoyed the air zouk also the masala grill had really good options. Missed the Omnia as was short of time. Will definitely visit there Additionally the staff was polite and warming effect. Ambience and the location is also good. Looking ahead to stay there if I visit Kanpur again. Thanks team DNG Grand

Terrible Stay
No bell boy available at time of chekin and checkout, function going on, no proper person available to attend at reception, rooms not clean propely, washrooms towels dirty, smell coming from washrooms.

Average Stay
The Hotel rooms need renovation especially the mattress. The look and feel could be more premium. Breakfast Buffet was good....Aroma used in the rooms could be of better quality.
