Hotel staff tone very bad way, reception not open 24*7, room wall dampness, dustbin not clean, wc flush not working, very bad experience. Not refer to any collegue.

Got the location om make my trip and rest is just excellent 👍 service is great

Room is very far way from har ki podi. Unhygienic, full of dirt, no parking facility, No RO water, Not recommending any one at all.

Room is not elegant. No any facilities are available which is listed. And hygine is not good i feel very dusty there. Over all very bad experience

No parking space no safe for family no lift i had 2 luggage and i got 2nd floor room i was checking in room then suddenly checked out with in 1 hours please refund my money back

We haven't stayed at the hotel due to the unhygienic ness and we asked the staff to clean the room and they said the amount you paid is you will get this kind of room only

The location is around 10 km from hear ki pauri. Rooms were ok, but the one which i got was a bit old but nothing much to bother about. And the surprising thing is they don't provide any locks for rooms, they guarantee you for safety of your luggage that was one thing that is a new experience for me. But the belongings were safe till we returned. Towels were not provided and they can still make it better for a good customer experience.

R. K. Hotel don't have their own kitchen. They are arranging breakfast from an unhygienic place and they take the hell of a time to arrange even when they were well informed.

The place is horrible, there is no proper accessible way, the rooms were not clean, there is no lift

Neat and clean room very kind staff excellent stay anyone can definitely check in here if you want a nice stay near sidcul.
