The experience was standard. While the hotel itself was clean and the toiletries and linen were of good quality, the washroom was average. There was leakage from the western closet and the hot water was not free flowing, the taps were dirty. A better management in that area is needed

It is extremely overpriced for a room in a small town like karaikudi. Filter coffee is a tradition in Tamil Nadu and they don’t even provide it along with breakfast. The breakfast had just idly and Pongal with masal vada which is very cheap minded. It dint have any other option. They couldn’t even make a traditional breakfast vada. I stayed at a 3 star hotel in a city like trichy and paid almost the same amount. The room was extremely tiny and they had the audacity to ask me to pay for an extra water bottle! The hotel is worth per night inclusive tax for what they provide. It is not worth a penny more! Also, there is no parking in the premises. Parking is on the street!

It's an excellent stay. The staff are cordial and room was neat and tidy. They helped us in all ways. It's a satisfying stay.

The rooms were good, the breakfast was good. Had only two minor issues - the shower was working but not totally and the WC was slightly dirty.

This is a new property situated in a place so. This is a new property situated in a place with connectivity. Room size was very good. Spacious. Good space for luggage and dress. Mobile tiles. Rich looking property.

This is a very good hotel to stay at near Karaikudi New bus stop. It's 1 km away , It is walkable if you don't have a lot of luggage . The hotel itself is very clean and the staff is polite . they have a average restaurant but the local Karaikudi cheetinaad food is excellent . Parking is available, outside. The rooms are good. i got a complementary upgrade for the room.

Super good room and amenities and services like star hotels. Most of the staffs are good and friendly except one. When i went to visit places, i would leave my room key at the reception. But when i came back and asked for the room key, they refused to give it to me. After some arguing, they gave me the room card, and when i tried to open the room, they locked it in a different way. When i brought it to their attention again, another staff member came and opened it.

Very good place to stay. Close to the main road (Sekkalai Road). clean and good place to stay with family. No in-house restaurant otherwise rest all is good.

Good property to stay - food is just ok. Facilities are in par to the star hotel, i felt the lightings and other facilities are just good, new building.

Hotel claims that they have restaurant but it is not functional breakfast available only by 8:30 am with very limited menus and those items were bought from outside

Nice boutique and new hotel ..but located in a small lane. The rooms being new are very clean and good…the amenities are given in a small pouch ..,nice gesture.no dining facilities. Hot water in shower is an issue

Stay was good and comfortable. It's a new hotel so they are just getting into the full operational mode. Restaurant has not started operating. Washroom was clean.
