Review Of SUBHALAKSHMI PALACE

Location is fine, facilities are not great. Maintenance was poor. Even the check in experience was not proper. They dont even have the MakeMyTrip booking handy and made few calls to their staffs and made us wait for 15 mins before they decide to give a room

Rooms were neat, restrooms were clean , ambience and corridor was good In hotel restaurant was fabulous and nearby accessibility to shopping,bus stand and railway station is the greatest advantage

Room was very good.but bathroom not good

The maintainability is going worst inside the room And also the room facilities are being noticed to improve like the TV and other size and as per the tariff level

due to Pongal time, the first day breakfast was not that much good. but on second day it was too good. overall good stay

Food quality not good ac no cooling just running washroom not clean not worathable for room rent kindly advise to neat and clean

There is no tv in my room, bed linen is pretty old and the bath towel is yellow in colour

1. Ac was not working - 3 times problem happened they asked me to change the room at mid night. It is very difficult to change the room at mid night with kids. 2. Old hotel and not fit for the stay. 3. No breakfast / no restaurant and they purchase from local and serve into the room. Finally it is not a palace - it is one more place

I cannot comment about the room but their service is terrible in all aspects 1)i called them thrice before reaching the hotel but no one responded the call (in interval of an hour and two different numbers) then reached them via land line 2)in the call i confirmed that i will reach at 11pm and asked to keep the room prepared (it is already booked) 3) but while reaching the room at the said time they are stating that no room is ready and asked for another 15 minutes to arrange the room 4) after reaching the room i intended to refresh but there is no refreshment kit so called the reception and asked the same but they didn't sent the same 5) they said breakfast will be served at room on 8am but while i am calling at 8:20 they stated that they are yet to purchase and still at 8:50 they didn't served the breakfast 6)the economy single room are average to stay(this is the only room i got) verdict:if you are on a official trip and if you used to stay in good hotels never ever think about this hotel to stay, their hospitality will definitely boil your blood

We have checked in with Family and infant but no hot water supply, bathrooms doors are not in good condition. Main door had lock issue we have informed in reception they not care about the issue. would not recommend 😕

Comfortable stay. Though the interiors looked old, the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. No restaurant in the premises and the food they gave for free breakfast was not good. So we got it through swiggy. Because of the solar heater, getting hot water was very difficult.

The hotel room had a foul smell and not working ac. The only plus point hotel is flexible in arranging taxi and auto even at odd times and the room is spacious.

Very accomodative, agreed for early check in and stay was very comfortable. Prime location and easy to identify

Clean and neat rooms with good car parking facility. Location is almost center of the town. Staffs are polite and well behaved.

Ac was not working. The hotel is basically poorly maintained. Not worth for money. I am not happy.

Bathroom was unclean. Air conditioner was not working properly. Only 1 water bottle was provided for 3 adults +1 kid. Food was ok and additional bed request was accommodated. Overall its not recommended for a family with kids.

It's situated in the heart of the town with easy accessibility. Friendly staff. Good secured parking.

The accommodation was great and we had a pleasant stay. The location was at a centralized place and all the amenities were available

Stayed in a suite room and it was excellent! very spacious room with a living room 2 television and air-conditioning in the living room and bed room. The bathroom itself was a size of a normal room!
