Staff response is not good, food is average, mattress is not soft as other hotels, there’s only hot water in the wash basin. I called house keeping but they also didn’t show up. I do not generally give bad review to any hotel, but this one made me do it

Hotel ans pride, situated on the main road, is easily accessible and convenient. The hotel is well-maintained, the staff are exceptionally friendly, and the food is above average. The restaurant staff are accommodating and willing to organize meals as per our preferences. Overall, my experience with this hotel was pleasant and satisfying.
